Magnum Opus is composed of 560 unique intaglio prints.

Each print in this series represents a different set of three colors. From the starting point of sixteen colors of ink, I have printed one example of every possible three color combination.
Between printings, I worked on the copper plates that these images were made from. The surface of the copper retains echoes of past marks while new marks emerge.
I used 6 copper plates and 16 colors of ink to complete this series.
Magnum Opus began as a color study but evolved into an environmental color field of pattern and variation.
